When I (Linds) look back on my eating habits, I notice one routine that has been the most supportive. When I’ve eaten a healthy breakfast (no matter what time it may be), the rest of my eating habits for the day follow suit. Especially when it’s a breakfast that consists of fiber, fat, and protein.
