Book club time! We want to share some of our favorite reads with you from our go-to experts and brilliant podcast guests.. These books inspire us, teach us, open our minds, and shift our perspectives. We hope you’ll love them as much as we do!
K+L’s Favorites:
Law of One by Ra a Humble Messenger
I’ve read it multiple times and it resonated with me so deeply that I knew I’d never be the same. (I even did a full podcast episode on it. Check it out here.) It’s a beautiful metaphysical text that has helped me understand history, consciousness, quantum physics, healing, and so much more. I have to warn people though, it can be really weird to read because the vocabulary is so advanced (it’s spoken from a higher dimensional consciousness), but it’s worth it!
Women Food and God by Geneen Roth
When I wanted to heal my relationship with my body and food, this book helped me heal in a big way. The book starts with this concept that resonates so much with me: “The way you eat is inseparable from your core beliefs about being alive. Your relationship with food mirrors your feelings about everything and it takes you to your spirit and soul.”
Stop Missing the Point by Peta Kelly
Peta is one of our dear friends, and we always come back to her wisdom in this book. Peta reminds us that conscious people can enjoy life too — that we can lighten up and enjoy the ride! She’s inspiring us to live, lead, earn, and give more consciously.
Eating Animals by Jonathan Safran Foer
Part memoir, part investigative report about the morality of food, this one was so impactful for us. Jonathan Safran Foer writes about every fish we eat, every chicken we fry, and every burger we grill. Jonathan asks what it means to eat animals in an industrialized world — and we are so glad he asks.

This is a super provocative and timeless true story. Psychologist and author Brian Weiss tells the story of one of his patients who began recalling past-life traumas that seemed to hold the key to her recurring nightmares and anxiety attacks, including channeling revelations about Dr. Weiss’ family and his dead son. It’s hard to put this one down once you’ve started.
